Clevergirl 0 Posted January 22, 2015 Hi, I have the QVIS ATLANTIS 4 channel DVR and having issues playing back from the device. I am using a software called CMS to view the cameras on my PC but when I want to play anything back on any channel on any date/time it says " NO RECORD FOUND". Am I missing something? aibudo 0 Posted January 24, 2015 May not be relevant in your case, but did your DVR come with a hard-drive installed? If it did, then it's possible that it has failed. Either way, you must have an operating hard-drive within the unit for recording and playback to be possible. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Clevergirl 0 Posted January 25, 2015 Thanks Dennis. I installed the HDD myself and do regular health checks and it still has a lot of life init. Neutech 0 Posted January 25, 2015 What happens when you view direct on the unit? Is it set to record 24/7 or motion? You don't need CMS to use Qvis DVR, log direct into the DVR and link direct to DVR, You will need to enable ActiveX app to be installed Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
