telc 0 Posted January 22, 2015 I have had this camera for over a year and it has been great the past few months it started lagged when viewing the live stream from the PCNVR software or directly from the cameras internal webpage. Whenever there was motion like a car driving by it would pause for a couple seconds then stream smooth, then pause again. I tried every possible setting video quality/bitrates/ etc and nothing would have any affect. Today I found the problem, it was a 'privacy mask' black box I added behind my timestamp to make it easier to read. As soon as I removed the privacy mask everything streams smooth again.
