HELP - upgrade swan -costco 8poe and 8 lan nvr

Hi,newb on this forum hallo to everyone ! Question ;got this nvr with 8 poe and 8 lan ,with 3 mp hd ip 1080p cameras 8 total ,1- would like to upgrade two more cams that are compatible with this system? 2- Best way to power them ?,Is it the poe switch (8 port) simple solution to future upgrades and if you have any sugestions about brand?
