iwmoz 0 Posted January 27, 2015 Hi all, I purchased this box some years ago and it is running firmware verson 1044-1015-1020-1017. Just recently, on windows 7 machines running ie11, when i go onto playback, i get a black screen telling me to "click to download VLC plugin." I have done this on both win7 machines yet it still prompts me. It also does the same thing on Samsung notepad. However, my vista machine works fine (ie9); can anyone help please? Internet options Go to trusted sites Add Add the internal ip of the dvr to trusted sites Set security at low, so slide it all to the bottom Apply Ok Try again?
