billv 0 Posted January 28, 2015 I have a Q-See system from Costco with the 1080P POE bullet cameras, similar to IFC-HFW1200S. I have a spare camera I want to repurpose to a webcam. I can't find any other info on the camera but I think it is made by Dahua. I have a TrendNet TPE-113GI POE injector on order to power the camera. My concern is that since the camera has been in the NVR network, the NVR may have changed some settings that would initially prevent it being used on my home network. What I want to know is if there is anything I need to do to prep the camera? Factory reset and how? Log in id/password? I'd like to set the camera to a static IP address for external viewing.
