Warm colors represent significant activity, cold or lack of - so there was no traffic or is absent altogether. Is it difficult to understand you most? Do you believe in what you yourself wrote about the warranty? Firmware placed and removed, everyone is doing it on their own and without coercion. Look closely at the full screenshot with iVMS and everything should be clear that this is it and why. But if you still have questions, set out in Hikvision! Two people walking down and one person walking up ........... But looking at your software it can't Heat map ...... Well that just looks like a name change for what already exists .... Scene change and left items. And this is a simple request I think anyone else would ask SHOW FOOTAGE of people count and also your heat map.
