Hi all, nice forum.

At work we are currently looking at setting up a simple solution for monitoring access to our comms room. We are not looking for a major system, just something to capture video upon motion detection, preferably without having to rely on software / server / DVR.

Am I right in thinking that the IQeye is capable of recording mpg files and then FTP a server?

Are any other camera's capable of this? I know that most IP camera's can FTP jpg's without any issue, but I am not sure about movies.

Are there any similar solutions available?

would be grateful for any advice.

Regards

AdamP

IQeye's MegaPixel line will give you maxium resolution and allow you to digitally zoom in while maintaining good quality.
