iVMS-4500 Connecting to Ip-Camera from outside

I have configured my hikvision ipcam in the ivms-4500 app. It works "inside" but not from the "outside".

 

Inside:

IP/Domain

Ip:_10.0.0.1XX

Port:12XX1

 

Outside:

IP/Domain

Ip: test.dyndns.org

Port:12XX1 (same as inside)

 

Set up camera with Server port:12XX1 and Rstp port: 12XX2 and dyndns:

 

DDNS type: Dyndns

server address: members.dyndns.org

domain: test.dyndns.org

username: test

 

*Opened ports in my router, Server port:12XX1 and Rstp port: 12XX2

 

Can someone help me with this?

checked ports, they are not open. I have forwarded other ports to vivotek and acti cameras in my router, and they work. So i think it could be some settings on the camera.

 

Got it to work with default server port, seems like i must use standard server port with the app
