satsecure 0 Posted February 17, 2015 Hello, I'm not sure what brand that is but usually with the DVRs we have you need to contact your supplier for the reset code. Most DVRs dont let you reset them so easily, they are supposed to be secure after all. Reset codes change daily and a lot of the time are based on the systems calendar.
