Hikvision DS-7100 mobile app not working, no sound out..

So first off, I cant make it connect in the mobile app for anything. 4g or wifi. I can login fine from anywhere inside internet explorer or chrome.

HTTP port has changed to 2065 others are defaults. All ports are forwarded and I didnt have an issue with my previous vitek which had the same ports set as I have now. Any ideas on this one would be great, it appears everyone says the "lite" app is trash compared to the regular one but im guessing they killed off the regular one.

 

Other issue im having is I have live view setup to play the audio on audio out but the speakers just have a ground loop buzz. Playback on the NVR or thru internet explorer both play sound properly so it is recieving the sound.

App decided to start working on its own. Don't know why it was so moody. Still can't figure out why the live view sound output doesn't work tho.
