tng5737 0 Posted February 20, 2015 IP addresses: 192.168.0.0 – 192.168.255.255 are private and are not publicly routable. Did you try using the external ip address?
quovadis 0 Posted February 21, 2015 I am using the 102 address of the DVR Regards
ssnapier 0 Posted February 21, 2015 You need to be using your public IP address to access the route from outside your network. The address you posted is your internal IP that is issued by the router. The address you are looking for is the one your ISP gives to you and the IP that is seen as you by the rest of the world. Here is the graphic I share with people when the topic comes up (do a search, it comes up a LOT!)
SyconsciousAu 0 Posted March 29, 2015 DNS1 192 168 000 001 DNS2 000.000.000.000 UPNP: ON any help really apreciated regards Paul Your Domain Name Server is the same as your gateway. Try changing that to your ISP's DNS or use google DNS 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 Also ensure your router is forwarding port 8080 to 192.168.0.
