NetDVR Model R9504S - LAN Connection but No Video

Hi All,

 

I have a NetDVR Model R9504S and have previously had it working on my LAN. But recently for some reason, I can see the video if I connect the unit direct to a monitor, I can access and change parameters of the unit over LAN, but the unit does not show any video over the LAN. It indicates that the cameras are running in the 4 panel display on my computer but no image.

 

Any ideas please?
