Digital Modulators

I've been searching this forum and I see there has been alot of discussion about modulators in the past. However, I'm wondering what everyone's opinion is on the best and cheapest modulator out there that will work inside a home that has digital cable. From what I understand the old rf modulators will not work in these situations however I am a bit lost when it comes to the new digital stuff.

There are companies that make digital modulators now. That would be your best bet.

All good. I didn't know if the technology had changed since I looked at it last.
