isis avr1612 debug console

so i have this standalone dvr system (isis avr1612) running MontaVista® Linux® Professional Edition 4.0.1 (0601652) and im connected to the serial port (rs232) and connected using PuTTY. somehow i finally got it to stop booting and its sitting at a login prompt that says..... > NFDVR login:

 

and this is where im stuck... ive tried admin:admin admin:1234 admin:12345 root:admin and im sure i could guess till im blue in the face, but id rather not. would anyone happen to know the default login:pass for this unit???
