Connecting to an Alarm Box

Hi

 

I am looking into a possible CCTV system with a PC based IP system including 2 cameras. I want to use it as an alarm system for outside of office hours. Is there a way of connecting an Alarm Box (preferable PoE) to the system to alert passers by of an alarm?

 

I am thinking of using Blue Iris or ISpyConnect, but I am open to alternative systems so long as the software isnt too costly.
