enduser 0 Posted February 25, 2015 Has anyone ever seen the message "Server lost" followed by a GUID in the Windows Event Viewer Genetec log? If so, have you ever got to the bottom of what causes it? prairietech 0 Posted February 25, 2015 How is your system configured? Are both the Archive and Directory Servers on-site or do they span a gateway? The "Server lost" message plus cameras failing over to another Archiver sounds like network issues. How often does this happen?
