Unimo UDR reset password question

Hi, I recently picked up a Unimo UDR 708E from a company takeover where they installed their own systems. It's almost new but unusable because of the administrator password installed being unknown to me. There was a note attached that said 1234 but that didn't work after all.

I've contacted Unimo.com.au but had no reply, so would anybody here have any idea how to reset the system to default if it's possible at all? I tried things that work with other brands like removing the button battery but to no avail, tried all the common passwords but no luck...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
