Help with QVIS DVR

Hi,

 

Really need some help!

 

We had a 4 channel DVR system and recently switched to an 8 channel box. Since changing I cannot get our DVR to connect for remote viewing.

 

The bottom picture is our original DVR, the middle on is the settings that worked on the Iappolo app.

 

The top picture is the new interface for the 8 channel system. Do we need to add any details to the net service screen?

 

Any help would be much appreciated as I've spend hours trying to config the new system. Ikeep getting a timeout message.
