300winmag 0 Posted March 17, 2015 I would like a UPS to keep my system recording for at least a few hours after the power goes out, (hopefully longer)I was thinking of getting a CyberPower CP1500PFCLCD but I have no idea how long it will last for. I know my camera's use 5 watts each but the NVR I have no idea, I tried looking it up and all I see is wattage numbers for this that and the other thing.... I'm Lost. My system consists of a Hikvision DS-7732-NI-SP with 2 3TB HDD, Six DS-2CD2732-IS camera's and four more DS-2CD2132-I camera's. What would you recommend to get? jazzar 0 Posted March 21, 2015 looking at dvr spec says approx. 20w without hard drives or dvd, I would allow 50 watts for your calculation. so total load = 50 + (10 x 5 for cameras)= 100w. contact cyber power to get the run time of the product with this value should be around 200 minutes.
