fspcl 0 Posted March 19, 2015 Hello all- Need help. I had cameras and DVR installed in a home in Mexico. My installer gave me setup information for IDMSS. It worked for about 2 weeks and now I get "failed to connect". He tells me that he can connect and that it must be my internet. I have deleted the app and tried setting it up again many times.
