msislian 0 Posted March 24, 2015 Hi, for some reason i cant get my ivms 4500 to work on my android. I have Hikvision PCNVR setup with port 8000 and also have port 8000 forwarding to my pcnvr, the issue i am having is i can use the ivms 4500 with my public ip without any issue but as soon as i setup the ivms with my dydns account the app throws a error "incorrect username or password". I know for fact that my dydns is working fine because i can remote desktop to my PC at home with out any issues from work and the pcnvr is on the same network.
