hello

i can view remotely all cameras on my android device thru atvcloud software

but whenever i try to login thru ie or firefox from my pc i get only a blank page with one line written on the left top corner

Please use the 32 bit core IE browser

i tried using the ie from the folder program files(x86) but still the same problem .. i even installed the active x from the driver cd which came with the dvr still same problem

any help in this regard will be appreciated

Sounds like you're using win 7 64-bit. There is a 32-bit compatibility mode for ie that you can select. That should fix the problem.

We don't know your cameras model. Please insert IP address of your cameras in "Compatibility View Settings"
