johnnyv 0 Posted March 26, 2015 I recently installed an Amcrest 720p system and am having trouble with motion detection regions. The system does not seem to respect the region that you set up. It detects motion in the entire frame, regardless which parts of the region are selected or cleared. It appears to use the same or similar firmware as a Dahua hybrid system. Has anyone else experienced this problem and found a solution? I also have a problem that the motion detection is extremely sensitive to changes in ambient light.
