Hikvision ds-7616ni-SP Keeps Rebooting every couple of min??

Hi All -

 

Haven't been on here for awhile, but I'm having issues w/ my Hikvision DS-7616ni-SP. Out of nowhere, my NVR keeps resetting/rebooting itself every couple of minutes for no apparent reason. I have tried resetting to default, shut-down several times, and it just keeps happening.

 

I want to perhaps upgrade the firmware, but for the life of me, I'm unable to find the newest firmare (I believe it is Netra V3.2.0?).

 

Any thoughts on what's causing it + where I can download the firmware for my unit?

Every time that a standalone DVR/NVR is resetting I always disconnect Hard disk drives from it. When a HDD is in bad condition it makes that the DVR resets itself.
