Hik vision Ds-9004 time change IVMS -4200 software

I use IVMS -4200 software with my Hik vision Ds-9004 and I need to change the time in the cameras monitoring windows due to daylight saving. How do I do this ?

Login directly to the NVR, update the firmware, make sure the DST schedule is correct so that you'll not have to change it manually.

Where do I get firmware from ? how do I log on to unit? what is DST schedule ?
