darkprod 0 Posted April 16, 2015 I have a Swann NVR that I purchased from Costco last year. I set up remote viewing with the Swann app with no issues. I recently added a Hikvision 7816 and had no issues setting that NVR with iVMS. However, when I try to add the Swann NVR in iVMS it recognizes the NVR but all I get is a grey screen when I try to view every channel in the app. Same thing when I attempt to set up the Hik NVR in the Swann app. It recognizes the NVR however all the channels I just get a grey screen and no picture. Any ideas ? As a side note, I downloaded the Lorex app and both NVRs work well there and I can see all cameras. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
