kandcorp 0 Posted March 8, 2006 I would like to make a small application in which a trusted site could be added to the Internet Explorer without actually going through Internet Options in IE. If anyone knows where that is kept in the Win XP Pro registry it would be greatly appreciated. Or, if anyone knows of an existing program that does this already that would be great too. Thanks in Advance.
Jasper 0 Posted March 8, 2006 You mean something that would automate the process like batch processing trusted sites, instead of adding manually one at a time?
kandcorp 0 Posted March 8, 2006 Yes exactly, basically something we could send our customers via email, then whichever computer they are using to remotely access the DVR they would just run this app. instead of trying to enable Active X settings or add trusted sites. Jasper 0 Posted March 8, 2006 This might be a helpful link. I am searching Google though as I don't know of a program off hand that is simple to use. See if this helps point you in the right direction. http://blogs.msdn.com/ie/archive/2004/10/26/247917.aspx
