cas197428 0 Posted April 24, 2015 Im not looking at spending a lot of money. Just want a basic system with 4 cameras expandable to 8 DVR that will allow me to record at least 2 days worth of video. Not sure if I should go wireless or not. Just looking for a system mainly to keep and eye on the driveway because we have had kids vandalize our vehicles twice over the last two months. muskoka 0 Posted April 24, 2015 By one of the basic kits that come with DVR, cameras, cables. In Canada and US you can get them in Costco. Boogieman 1 Posted April 24, 2015 or even night owl qsee is fine, their ip systems are rebranded dahua...make sure you are buying at least 720p ip system NOT 720tvl analog... They also have some cheaper hd over analog systems using CVI or SDI technology...there are a number of discussions of the pros and cons... Whatever you do, dont buy an analog sytem that is 700tvl or 960h, the image will be horrid compared to 720p..you should be looking for 720p or 1080p Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
