Where is the best site to buy Dahua NVR and Cameras?

Looking for best price and support.

 

Also, why don't any NVRs offer gigabit POE ports? Everything seems to have 100mb only

There is no point to a gigabit POE port. POE implies that you are connecting one camera to the port. That one camera is only using around 3-10 MBs per second, depending on all the settings. So a 10/100 MB port is more than enough to handle the data from one camera. The 1000MB ports on an NVR will not be POE and will be used to connect the NVR to the network or a PC for viewing.

Thank you for the info! How much bandwidth do 4k cameras use? Less than 100mb too?

According to Korgoth Of Barbaria's post http://www.cctvforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=45515&start=50 , 12-14Mbps. Depending on your bitrate settings of course. Not enough to make a 100Mbps port even break a sweat.

A gigabit port PoE switch would add a lot of cost for no benefit.
