Hikvision NVR DS-7108N-SN/P EZVIZ setup

I cannot figure out why I can't get this device to connect to the EZVIZ. I tried on the mobile version to connect, and also the PC version and it won't connect and says to check the network. But I can view it from a PC using the internal web server. I also made sure upnp was working correctly and it just won't connect and don't have a lot of troubleshooting or error log. Anyone have luck with this? I can connect to the cameras using rstp for now, I just though it would be easier to use the ezviz.

 

BTW its a great system for the price, pnp with hikvision cameras.

Does your firmware actually support Ezviz? Do you have the "platform access" section on the network configuration? Make screenshots on what problem you are having.
