boshhhh 0 Posted May 16, 2015 Hi all, At my dad's store I installed, a few years ago, a Lorex 16 camera unit from costco. The store uses verizon for it's modem/internet and there is also a 3rd party firewall, sonicwall, required by the franchise. On the main store computer I can connect to the camera system and view it fine. However, when I plug in my laptop to the router and attempt the access the cameras it doesn't work. The internet does work on the laptop and I can access the router if need be. I have downloaded the newest Lorex software to no avail. The ip address, passwords and port have been double, triple, quadruple checked but still nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
