mattig89ch 0 Posted May 26, 2015 Hidy ho all, I have a sharx SCN3905 camera, and I'm having trouble seeing the anonymous video feed in any other web browser except for IE. Now, this wouldn't be a problem if this was a personal camera. But this camera is supposed to show the customers of a yacht club the view of the local dock. They wanted me to find and recommend a camera that customers could simply get linked too and see the water. now, I managed to set this up through IE no problem. But firefox and chrome both try to use quick time, and users are complaining they can't get any video from the cameras. And I've been able to reproduce this problem on my computer as well. IE, no problems. Firefox and chrome keep buffering constantly. has anyone else had this trouble? if so, how did you manage to get around it?
mattig89ch 0 Posted May 27, 2015 Ok, I've done a fair bit of searching on this topic. I can't seem to find a reason why this doesn't work. I've checked my quicklime on all of my browsers, they all check out. I've checked my security settings, even going so far as to turn my browser security off. So far I've got nothing.
