HEGD2015 0 Posted May 29, 2015 Hello, I am new to the board and can not locate a answer. Issue: I have a Turret camera link here: http://www.adt-matrix.com/products/cameras/fixed-domes/ctrt7212w that i had during my time with ADT-Pulse. I am now wanting to access just strictly the camera. I hooked up the converter to my modem and logged into retrieve the IP. However a software seems to pop up saying video server and on the left is has two panels View footage, administration. None of the regular admin admin or no password works. ADT matrix, ADT, Tyco, no one is familiar with this and can not help me. Any suggestions and or help? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
jazzar 0 Posted June 4, 2015 so you have the camera connected to the codec which converts the video signal to an Ip signal. so when you connect to the ip address you are realyl connecting to the codec, its the codec that gives you the page you see, not the camera. so you need the login info for the model of the codec - try googling for information on the model of codec.
