Samsung SRD 842 password reset

Hi..I've forgotten my username and password for my SRD 842. Would anyone know how to perform a factory reset on the unit? I'm pretty much at my wit's end, and I can't send the unit back (bought it off dhgate). Any help would be immensely appreciated.
