Anyone have experience with IO Nodes R-100

I am having problems pushing video from an Axis1425 to a R-100. All I get is "invalid resolution" on the monitor. I have tried contacting IO Nodes tech support but they are unsure as to why it isn't working.

 

Anyone have experience with IO Nodes?

What type of monitor are you using? It almost sounds like the input to the monitor is higher than the monitor is capable of displaying.
