HIKvision NVR Firmware Problem

Hi,

 

After i update my Hikvision NVR DS-9632Ni-ST with latest firmware V3.3.2 build 150522, i cant login with my old password and also default password 12345. I also noticed username column become blank. Before update, username column show admin. And IP address change to 192.0.0.64. Please help.

I'm having the same issue. Does anyone have a solution?

Can you re-install firmware if you can't get past the Login and password.

 

Is it possible to reset the NVR - even if I loose the settings for my system that would be fine
