Hi What is your recording set to? Is the picture blurry or you just cant make out face? your lens could be out of focus you will just need to re-focus it or if you just cant make out face try changing the lens, at 15metres a 8mm or 12mm will work depending on what all you wanna see Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
