jack512 0 Posted June 10, 2015 hello all i am looking for new security system i have dvr but its not good i am looking for new nvr system but at my place there is not internet and i want to order the nvr system from ebay i saw hikvision i saw some with 8 poe ports but i want 16ch without internet is that possible i think with router but im not sure i am open for any offer what best brands and all that my money not much for the nvr like 300$ without the cameras i hope you can help me and thanks Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

No you don't need Internet to have a NVR and IP cameras And adding cameras you would use a switch One other ...... I would not buy from eBay ....
