hellohello 0 Posted June 11, 2015 Hi wondered if anyone can help me please. We do a lot of house clearances and came across an avtech ip push video cam. It has the ethernet cable etc. I have plugged this into my internet router and downloaded eagle eyes onto my iPhone when i use the easy connect it is telling me the camera is already registered and a hardware reset is required. I have tried to research how to do this reset and all i can find is pushing in the reset button on the back of the camera. I have tried this several times but its still coming back with the same message that I need to hardware reset. Is there anyone that can help me on how to do this? I have a mac so I'm unable to find a download of the intelligent ip installer to try it through my computer. Thanks K Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
