projecting one camera feed on top of another feed

I need to be able to record when a truck moves on to a big scale to do a weigh in. The recording needs to show the feed of the truck with a smaller feed on top of that showing the weight of the truck. i was thinking about just putting a small cheap camera in front of the scale display, but how do i get that in to the feed of the other camera recording the truck on the scale?

you could get a quad splitter with picture in picture. If you are going analog. We have a setup in an interview room that shows the two cameras with the smaller one in a corner. you could either record the combined picture on one channel or use two channels of a dvr for your recordings. I would use two good analog cameras as they are not that much money these days. PM me if you want part numbers
