doppelt 0 Posted June 15, 2015 Hi I have a GV-800 crad that is 32 bit Only.... I know this cause its very old stock but a new card. I had it running in a new pc, with XP installed as the OS this DVR system was a backup and it was in storage for almost 2 years but I tested it on line and all was fine. In my absence, a security company, deleted the XP, and installed windows 7 64 bit. The DVR is now running full time, but there is an issue every day it crashes. The main screen goes all funny with a mosaic of colors, the remote viewing stops, but it keeps recording. after we turn the pc off and cold reboot all is fine again for another 12 -36 hours till it happens all over again. I have included 3 errors I found in the 'admin errors' section of windows event log (see below) Is there a way to fix this? any ideas? I am guessing its crashing because you cannot run a 32 bit card on windows 7 64 bit, cause win 7 is 32 bit compatable, but not true 32 bit I have written geovision, but have not heard back yet I am just trying to get as much info as possible to figure out my next move. thanks Dennis here are the errors: --------------------------- Log Name: Application Source: Microsoft-Windows-WMI Date: 6/13/2015 12:26:59 PM Event ID: 10 Task Category: None Level: Error Keywords: Classic User: N/A Computer: DVR Description: Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. jeromephone 6 Posted June 18, 2015 What version of Geovision are you running? You should check the card for compatability with the geovision version. Certain series cards will not work with the current software.
