vipersinu22 0 Posted June 16, 2015 I had a lighting strike at my house. I have a kongtop 8816fd dvr with no link light. I repaired dvr with this chip I found on *bay. I used quick chip solder to remove IC worked great. I solder the new IC and dvr had link light again, I was back online. I hope I helped somebody. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
