best resolution dome cameras

I'm after advice on resolution of available dome cameras. Up to now ive installed 650/700 tvl cameras.A customer is after a better quality. ( his words ) Can any body recommend a solution in a reasonable price range. The cameras are to be wired in cat 5.

720p, 1080p, 3mp....if you are installing cameras for someone else you need to be better educated on this subject.
