HELP HOW TO CONNECT PTZ CAM TO DAHUA NVR

Hi,just bought this PTZ cam from Aliexpress

connected to nvr RS485 but can't communicate and no pic cause the PTZ can't detect by the nvr.Can teach me me how to properly connect it till function.
