TJJ 0 Posted June 24, 2015 Can some explain what the problem may be with my BI mobile setup? I originally set the mobile apps. on my iphone and everything worked great. I went to practice with it again and it wouldn't work. I checked my firewall everything alright, alerts worked both email and text. I then noticed from my notes that in the web server section the interfaces box was now highlighted. In that box was a different IP address. I switched to that one and everything worked again. However it switched back to the old IP in the box but everything still works. I don't know what IP number the mobile is using as I haven't figure how to view that in the mobile yet. It was set to the new IP to get it working. The new IP is still in the drop down box. Can anyone tell what I did wrong I don't want the IP to keep changing.
