Using SmartPSS with Dahua HDBW4300E camera

I've just purchased a HDBW4300E camera and I am trying to set it up as a residential security system. As the camera has no local storage, upon motion detection the camera is configured to save the video (with a .dav extension) to my NAS via FTP.

 

I have installed SmartPSS V1.11.1.R.20150114 on my mac and I can connect to the camera, view the live feed and manually record and view the manually recorded video.

 

What I cannot work out, is how to view the video when motion is detected. I can see the files being created on my NAS but I do not know how to configure SmartPSS to look on the NAS. Does anyone know how to configure SmartPSS to use a NAS?
