If 8-16. 1) buy this from costco http://www.costco.com/Swann-16-Channel-HD-NVR-Security-System-with-3TB-HDD-and-8-3MP-HD-IP-Cameras.product.100144944.html 2) buy additional cameras if needed 3) run single ethernet cable to each camera (max 328 feet).
