Network/Playback problem

Hi all.....newbie here and 1st post so plz be gentle.

 

So I have a KGuard SHA V2 DVR with NVR PC software.

All works except remote playback from either the PC or through IE

I can: View live from PC and from KView(Iphone app) Access Internal DVR settings from IE

 

Dvr is connected through Usb wireless ext.....linked to a Virgin Media Superhub Ports 80 and 9000 are open and read as such.

 

It was working a couple of months ago then seemed to suddenly neither playback or be viewable through IE....I reset everything,hub dvr, wireless ext, and access through IE regained, just no playback.

 

Playback fine from DVR Facia

 

Any ideas please?
