TheStork 0 Posted July 2, 2015 I am using a Hikvision DS-7732NI-SP (firmware v3.3.1) with DS-2CD2T32 and DS-2CD2132F (with v5.3 firmware) cameras. I am trying to use the "smart event" triggering, e.g. line crossing that the cameras support. I have managed to get the events to trigger correctly and see them e.g. in the NVR logs. However, when I try to search for events in the NVR's "VCA Search" facility (which I think was a fairly new addition in the firmware), using Behaviour Search, I get an error message saying "No picture file found". This is despite having selected "Save VCA picture" under the line crossing settings. Has anyone had similar problems, or found a way to get the smart event / VCA search working on Hikvision NVRs?
