Floureon mobile view fps issue

Just bought a Floureon dvr/nvr combo,got every thing set up and working great with analog and ip cameras together.One problem I set up port forwarding and etc and only getting 6 fps on the mobile view.It appears the substream settings only allow a max of 6 fps.Am I looking at or doing something wrong as my 3 year old Zmodo 8 channel DVR could easily attain 25fps when I was on mobile view as I have a 50 Meg connection
